CROSSROADS PRESENTS ANNOUNCES DONATION DRIVE
TO SUPPORT BROOKLINE FOOD PANTRY
Crossroads Presents is excited to announce a donation drive across their music venues to support the Brookline Food Pantry happening now through Wednesday, December 31. Fans are encouraged to bring donations of unopened household items and non-expired, non-perishable food items to the donation boxes in the lobby of the following venues: MGM Music Hall at Fenway, Citizens House of Blues, Orpheum Theatre, Paradise Rock Club, and Brighton Music Hall. Donation wish list items include, but not limited to: diapers, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, sugar, flour, salt, snacks for kids, and grocery store gift cards (e.g., $25 Trader Joe’s, Stop & Shop, Star Market, Market Basket, etc.).

From the Pantry’s inception in 1984 as an emergency food pantry in St Paul’s church the pantry evolved to meet the town’s needs by becoming a permanent food pantry in 2003 and now serving over 800 households a week along with an average of more than 400 K-8 every weekend during the school year with Thrives. Our clients represent a varied demographic from different backgrounds and age groups; including longtime residents and new residents all with different accessibility needs, diets, and schedules which we strive to assist and deliver nourishing food to.
