Hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg returns with his new album 10 Til’ Midnight, out now via Death Row Records/gamma.
The 14-track project brings together an impressive lineup of collaborators, including Swizz Beatz, Peezy, Trinidad James, October London, Kanobby, and Shawn Louisiana, with production from Swizz Beatz, Pharrell Williams, Rick Rock, Soopafly, Nottz, MyGuyMars, Erick Sermon, YoungFyre, and Snoop himself.
The album kicks off with the focus track “Step” featuring Swizz Beatz — a groove-heavy opener that sets the tone with Snoop’s effortless ability to move between club and street sounds. He keeps the momentum going with “Lied 2 U,” a spacey, atmospheric record produced by Pharrell Williams, before diving into harder-hitting tracks like “Pop My Shit” featuring Trinidad James and “Bread Under the Bed,” produced by Rick Rock.
On “Dogg Whattup Doe,” Snoop links up with Detroit’s Peezy, blending styles across regions and generations with ease. Tracks like “Stop Counting My Poccets” and “Leave That Dogg Alone” see Snoop addressing critics and reflecting on his legacy, reinforcing his place in the culture.
The album closes with “QTSAMYAH” featuring October London, a powerful finale that highlights Snoop’s longevity, consistency, and commitment to his craft.
At its core, 10 Til’ Midnight is about timing, growth, and perspective. As Snoop puts it: “We're all standing right there every night, ten minutes away from who we're gonna be next.”
Alongside the album, Snoop also released a short film directed by Luis De Pena and Yaslynn Rivera, now streaming on YouTube. Shot in black and white with bold red and blue accents, the film draws inspiration from classic West Coast cinema. It follows two brothers — both played by Snoop — navigating opposing paths as a heist spirals out of control, emphasizing themes of brotherhood and unity.
